Mental health affects everyone in our community in different ways and can be difficult to navigate. This panel discussion will explore shared experiences and address the available supports and resources to help break down barriers and normalize a much-needed open dialogue about mental health.

National Indigenous Peoples Day
Join us in June to acknowledge and celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day. It will be an opportunity to learn more about the rich and diverse cultures, voices, experiences and histories of our First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples, as well as understanding our collective responsibility to advance the recommendations of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

One Step Better: National Depression Screening Day
In partnership with the Calgary Counselling Centre—the Chamber is shining a light on mental health and depression by participating in National Depression Screening Day. The Chamber is hosting a unique panel discussing how mental health impacts our businesses and what supports need to be in place to ensure employers and employees can maintain their mental health.
