About

Failure isn’t the end of the road; it’s a steppingstone to success. Join us for an eye-opening discussion where seasoned entrepreneurs share their raw and honest experiences of setbacks, missteps and comebacks.

Resilience is at the heart of every successful small business journey. Our panelists will reveal how their biggest failures became turning points for growth, the mindset shifts that helped them see challenges as opportunities and the strategies they used to refine their business models and come back stronger.

As we celebrate Calgary Small Business Week, this conversation highlights the reality that behind every thriving business is a story of perseverance, adaptability and learning from failure. Whether you’re launching a startup, scaling a business or simply looking for inspiration, this event will leave you with practical takeaways to turn obstacles into opportunities.
