[event_status_label]

Supported by our Mental Health Pillar Partner: Cenovus Energy

About

On November 17, the Calgary Chamber continues its Mental Health Monday series with a session focused on the growing challenges and opportunities in supporting caregivers for an aging population.

This conversation will explore the mental and emotional demands faced by those caring for older adults and the strategies and resources that can help maintain well-being while providing care. Participants will gain insights into navigating the complex dynamics of caregiving, reducing stress and building resilience for themselves and those they support.

Join us to connect with others who share these experiences, exchange ideas and explore ways to foster a healthier, more supportive environment for caregivers and the aging community.

About Mental Health Mondays

Mental Health Monday is a monthly event series dedicated to fostering open, supportive conversations about mental well-being in our community.

In partnership with our Mental Health Pillar Partner, Cenovus, these sessions go beyond the workplace covering a wide range of topics that impact both our professional and personal lives. Each month, a thought leader from one of Calgary’s leading mental health organizations will guide the conversation, share resources and be available to answer your questions.

This series is also about building a sense of community—whether you’re personally navigating mental health challenges, supporting someone who is, or simply wanting to learn more. Whether you’re a business leader, team member or community partner, you’ll gain valuable tools, insights and connections to strengthen well-being for yourself and those around you.

Together, let’s build a healthier, more resilient Calgary, because we’re always better together.
